Subcontract Trade Schedules for use in Queensland are terms that have been created for specific trades and can be added to the general Subcontract terms and conditions in your TradeBox Focus Subcontract and TradeBox Ultimate Subcontract subscriptions.

Bathroom and Laundry Renovations
What’s included?
When you should be notified by your subcontractor, including:
If there are issues accessing site;
If it is discovered that the water or gas system is not compliant;
If items have been left along the accessway or in places that may be damaged by the work;
If they are asked to move items;
If they are asked to locate the skip bin further away;
If they are requested to disguise a defect in the building structure;
If asbestos products are discovered.

Civil Electrical
What’s included?
When you should be notified by your subcontractor, including:
The site does not have an area for their construction plant;
